We came into existence in
2004 with a purpose to generate and spread the art of carpet weaving to
underprivileged societies. Registered under the Public Trust Act 1959,
Jaipur Rugs Foundation is a social initiative of
Jaipur Rugs Company Pvt. Ltd. This
foundation was an idea by
Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary to reach out
to the rural artisans and help them grow. At present, it has reached a
fascinating number of eleven states in India touching more than 35000 lives
and plans to expand its spheres globally.
