Mausam means weather, and her name defines her life accurately. Her early childhood was the heavy monsoon, where just not having a school uniform put a stop on her education.
Then came the summers, where by her hard work and grit, she learned carpet weaving. She earned, she served and she grew.
Then comes the cold winter, where she fought for her studies to do a Bachelor’s, as weaving built her confidence.
Now, she enjoys her springtime, by teaching-learning with new artisans in Tigaria. By the age of 19, she is a manager, she is a student and she is the mausam of inspiration.
